Leadership and Involvement Opportunities

TODA would love to have YOU involved in opportunities to lead our organization forward for years to come.  There are many ways in which you can get involved. 

Leadership in a Board of Director Position - Consider serving on the TODA board which is comprised of five positions and is a five-year commitment.  Each position serves in that role for a year.  Once elected to the board as the Member-At-Large, this person serves in this role for a year, then moves up to the next position to serve in that position for a year, and so on. The board positions are as follows:

Member-At-Large - the only position where the membership votes a person onto the board
Vice President/Treasurer
Past President

The Texas Orchestra Directors Association is committed to listening and learning from our members about the state of equity, diversity, and inclusion in our profession and association. We are establishing an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) committee to address three focus areas: Purpose and Vision Statement, Leadership, and Programming. We hope you'll consider joining us!
